Cruise Competition Entry Form

1. The competition runs from September 1st 2023 to January 31st 2024 inclusive. Only electrical contractors with a registered business in ROI are eligible for participation.

2. Once acceptance via the online form has been submitted, registration will be official, provided the entrant meets the required competition criteria. Submission via the online form automatically implies full acceptance of the competition rules and its T&C’s.

3. A minimum of 18 Cruises for the winning electrical contractors and their spouses form part of this competition.

4. All Hager products set up for sale in Ireland are eligible towards this promotion. Non-commercialised “one-shot” products such as Tehalit are excluded.

5. Sales of Wiring Accessories are counted at twice their sales value for special promotional value.

6. All spend must be reported excluding VAT by all participants. All credit notes relating to turnover claims must be reported and will be deducted. Individual invoices can only be entered once; multiple claims by different participants of the same invoice will void the invoice in questions for all submissions. A pooling of resources from different companies is not permissible without prior written consent by Hager at the time of issuing the Registration Number to the participants.

7. Distribution boards, sold by Hager approved panel builder partners, are excluded from this promotion.

8. Any deliberate falsifying of invoices, withholding of credit notes or information for misleading purposes is strictly against the rules of this competition and such actions will deem the participant disqualified.

9. Hager’s decision will be final should disputes arise regarding total spend of participants.

10. The Cruise will take place in May 2024, with flights departing from and returning to Dublin Airport.

11. The Cruise itself is only open to winning participants and their wives / husbands, or life partners travelling together and sharing a cabin. The cruise is not open to winners intending to travel on their own or for business partners travelling together.

12. Should a participant win a place, but then become unavailable to attend on the dates specified by Hager, or does not meet the criteria set out in clause 11, they cannot appoint a third party to take their place. The place on the cruise will be passed on to the next eligible person, without any compensation whatsoever for the original but unavailable / ineligible winner.

13. A minimum turnover of €2,000 excl. VAT on Hager product between September 1st 2023 to January 31st 2024 is required to participate in the promotion. Invoices must be dated within this timeframe.

14. Participants with the highest verified net Hager purchases will automatically qualify for the Cruise, provided clause 11 is met.

15. A raffle for the remaining places will be held in February or March of 2024.

16. By signing the Registration Form all participants consent to Hager publishing their name and company details should they win a pair of tickets for the Cruise.

17. All winners are required to arrange their own travel insurance.

18. Hager shall not be liable in any way to any participant of this promotion or any other party for representation, implied warranty, condition or other term causing any loss, injury, damage or cost whatsoever.
